An increasing number of receivers of products in bulk form, implement more and higher demands on the handling of their raw materials. This means that receivers of the products require dedicated equipment for handling their product, in order to reduce the risk of contamination. For such a task, we can supply a mobile rotary feeder, which is intended to remain with the receiver and thus be used exclusively for their products. This minimizes the risk of contamination from product residues and ensures that the customer has control over the machinery.

Mounted on wheels

The machine is mounted on wheels and can easily be moved around and used by a single operator.

Compatible

This type of machine is based on the ER3G25 rotary feeder. This means that it is compatible with all parts in our range of container equipment.

3kW electric motor

This machine can be powered in several different ways. This ensures that it fits into the receivers facilities in the best possible way. The most commonly used solution is a 3kW electric motor, which powers the rotary feeder through a chain drive.

Frequency inverter

The machine can be delivered with a frequency inverter. This provides the option to adjust the speed of the rotary feeder.

Pressure sensor

As an accessory, the machine can also be supplied with a pressure sensor, which automatically switches off the machine if the pressure exceeds a preset value. This ensures that the piping in the system is never blocked and thus prevents unintentional stops.
