Equipment for containers
Here at EBC, we have developed a complete program of equipment and accessories that make it possible to unload many different kinds of containers, with many different kinds of products. Both with and without liner bag. All parts are designed so that they can be operated by a single operator and be used in the simplest way possible. While retaining the best possible capacity.
The entire program is made to fit the ER3G25 rotary feeder. In Europe, the 30 foot steel bulk container is widely used for the transportation of bulk goods. Therefore, we of course have a funnel that fits this type. The standard ISO shipping container in 20 and 40 feet can also be connected to the ER3G25 rotary feeder. This makes it possible to unload products originating outside the EU, directly at the receiver.

Fishtail funnel
The fishtail funnel is used for unloading steel bulk containers using a liner bag.

Butterfly valve
The butterfly valve is mounted on the fishtail funnel (or other type of funnel) and is used to adjust the amount of product that runs into the rotary feeder.

Connector flange for top-plate
The connector flange is mounted on the product hose and connected to the top-plate.

Return-air filter
The filter is used for granulate products and can ventilate the return air from the rotary feeder into the open air, while retaining the granulate in the system. The filter is mounted on the top-plate.

Cleaning grid
The cleaning grid is used for cleaning the rotary feeder.

ABC funnel
The ABC funnel is used for unloading aluminum bulk containers, without a liner bag. The funnel is mounted directly on the butterfly valve of the container.

Top-plate for rotary feeder
The top-plate is mounted on top of the rotary feeder and is used to connect the product hose to the rotary feeder. The top-plate can be removed from the rotary feeder to make cleaning easier.

Product hose
The hose is mounted between the rotary feeder and the butterfly valve. It is used to guide the
product down into the rotary feeder. The hose is transparent.

Return-air filter
The filter is used for granulate products and can ventilate the return air from the rotary feeder into the open air, while retaining the granulate in the system. The filter is mounted on the butterfly valve.

Transport cover
During transport, the cover is used to seal the rotary feeder. This prevents contamination of the
machine while it’s not in use.
